Credit-Based Financing

Check Financing Eligibility in Minutes

Need more time to pay your DUI attorney fees? Our third-party financing option allows applicants to check their eligibility through a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect their credit score.

Applicants may receive an eligibility decision in minutes and may qualify for one of the following repayment options:

  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 24 months

Available repayment terms, financing amounts, interest rates, monthly payments, and approval depend on the applicant's credit qualifications and the financing provider's requirements.

Check Financing Eligibility

Financing is subject to approval. Available terms vary by applicant. The financing provider will disclose whether any additional credit inquiry is required before completing the financing process.

No Credit Check

In-House DUI Attorney Payment Plans

Prefer to arrange payments directly with our law firm? Tarman Law offers flexible in-house payment arrangements for eligible DUI cases without a credit check.

Our typical payment arrangement includes:

  • Down Payment: Generally 50% of the attorney retainer upfront.
  • Monthly Payments: The remaining approved balance may be paid over a schedule of up to 12 months.
  • Additional Fee: An additional fee applies to in-house payment plans. The amount and total payment obligation will be disclosed before signing the agreement.
  • Automatic Payments: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for authorized automatic monthly payments.

Important: Not every case or attorney retainer qualifies for in-house financing. Down payment requirements, additional fees, and installment schedules are determined by the firm and disclosed in the written agreement.
